Three possible directions for NCN75 on the same sign

This is a new road (2013) leading to the entrance of the new Dargavel housing estate. Unfortunately, only a shared use pavement has been provided.

60775 Photo #60775

This is a new (built around 2013) roundabout. There's some completely useless cycling infra around it. Here, the cycle path ends and people cycling must merge back onto the main road (40mph limit).

A route sign on the signed path from Glasgow Airport to Inchinnan Business Park

Route sign:

59455 Photo #59455

The cycle path goes off towards a very overgrown path to Glasgow Airport with no dropped kerb or easy way to rejoin the A726 to St James' Interchange.

There presumably should be a route sign on this post for the Glasgow Airport to Inchinnan Business Park route.

I'm sure whoever put the sign up had a good laugh at work that day.

59452 Photo #59452

Pretty sure this was never suitable for a cycle path.

More of the high quality infrastructure linking the Inchinnan Business Park and Glasgow Airport.

Shared use path on the right. Notice the small 'cycle path' on the left, presumably so cyclists can join the shared use path.

Unfortunately there's no dropped kerb on the shared use path and the location is just at a bend on a 40mph road.

This is the marked cycle route from Inchinnan Business Park to Glasgow Airport. The Shared Use path has no marked priority over a side road, with a 'cyclists dismount' sign used.

Cyclists Dismount sign as the cycle path through Glasgow Airport gives up.

Sign facing the wrong direction (the 'cycle facility at the roundabout is itself inadequate). Part of the so-called Airport Cycle Route at Glasgow Airport.

This appears to be part of the route from the Inchinnan Swing Bridge to Porterfield Road. There are a few different paths, none of which is properly signed, none of which is of any quality.

Poor to start with, absolutely awful with no maintenance. This is on the marked cycle/pedestrian route from the Inchinnan Swing Bridge to Porterfield Road (Renfrew)

Just to prove that the photos taken along this road are actually on a cycling route.

Pointless barriers, no maintenance, no social safety. On a marked route between Porterfield Road and the Inchinnan Swing Bridge.

One of Renfrewshire's beautiful cycle paths. Designed to be used to cross the road and onto the shared use path which begins on the other side. Awful surface and full of litter.
