Regent St. When requested PC 1532 spoke to this driver he said there was no where else to stop, despite a nearby vacant loading bay. The Officer said this was a LAPE matter. He is incorrect. If the adjacent crossing were 'normal' this location would have zig-zag lines tand this offence would automatically attract 3 penalty points!

This is just a sample of the illegal and dangerous obstructions caused by vehicles to the Grand Arcade construction site. This vehicle was 'waiting', yet the agreement says that no vehicles may wait (even legally) but must be held 'off site'.
